This quick hiring manager adoption led to increased engagement, which has ultimately resulted in interview feedback being completed over 60% faster. “The ability for hiring managers to use a system that integrates with G Suite has increased response rates dramatically. In terms of specific features that support this collaboration, Samuel says, “@mention is by far my favorite feature. It allows me to instantly ping information to the hiring team and get responses quickly.”

The team has also seen significant value from having all their candidate information in one place. “Each candidate’s profile shows everything that’s happened with that candidate, so when we’re covering for a recruiter that’s on vacation, we can easily see ongoing communications and jump right in,” explains Samuel. “We set it up so that we all have access to the same information across candidates, which empowers us to work more collaboratively as a recruiting team.”

In conjunction with making the switch to Hire, SADA Systems also began leveraging the pre-built eQuest integration to support their candidate sourcing efforts and saw immediate results. “We made a hire through the eQuest integration within the first month and a half of using it.
